A. Baselland
In Baselland, extra delivery fee is charged, which depends on your order.
Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (holidays are excluded).
Orders made after 5 pm will be processed the next business day.
Shipping takes approx. 2-3 workdays.

B. Switzerland
In Switzerland, outside of Baselland, extra delivery fee is charged, which depends on your location and order.

C. International
Orders placed by customers located in or outside of the EU will be shipped in approx. 7-14 workdays.

Shipping costs vary depending on the selected country, the amount of your purchase, and the package weight.
Modifying orders
Since your order is going to be processed quickly, after confirmation changing the order is not possible, which includes the ordered items, the address, and the delivery method. In any case, please cancel your order (via email or in the menu option?) so that we can also cancel it from our system. In this case, you can make a new order with the right products and the right information. If you delay the change and the order has already been posted, please see our return policy.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.
In the event, that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at untuneall@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
